Everyone gets hurt. It happens. You train too hard without rest days. You go for a move that’s a little out of your range. You fall off a drop onto a pile of rocks. There are many reasons for getting hurt. They all suck the same though. Anytime you are forced to chill and not train it’s hard. However with all that down time usually devoted to training, think of all the things you can accomplish! Having problems thinking of a few? No worries we are here to help. We’ve made a list of 30 things you can do to occupy your time:
- Start making plans for your next adventure. It will inspire you to get healthy again.
